1 Ripe tomato
1 Ripe lime
3 Ripe medium avocadoes
1/4 Onion, finely chopped
Pinch Ground cumin
Pinch Mild chili powder
1 Jalapeno, freshly chopped
1 T. Cilantro leaves, freshly chopped
To Taste Salt
Squeeze the lime into a bowl. Cut each avocado in half around the pit; twist apart and remove the pit with a knife. Carefully peel off the skin, dice the flesh in the bowl of lime juice to prevent loss of color. Add the onion, tomato, cumin, chili powder and jalapeno. Mash together and add salt to taste. Enjoy!
